I like the friendliness and professionlism of the staff and the immaculate cleanliness of hotel

Nice, clean new hotel.

Beware of the room 215. There is no internet connection except for a small space behind the door. The WiFi signal is too weak and the cable socket was dead. I was also suprised that in the restaurant of such a hotel the have the menu only in Polish.

The receptionist was charming and the meals and waiting staff were very very good

We could not stay there again because there was no lift and in our seventies could not take our cases up the two very steep sets of stairs.

Everything was perfect!

Just 1 problem, in breakfast was not possible to get porridge for our baby.

Very spacious, clean and pleasant rooms. Easy check in and we were actually allowed to check in long before the actual check-in hour. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfasts were very nice! We had an extra single bed that we didn't even ask for and weren't charged for it! We happen to come to Rzeszów for a hot few days (around 30 c) and even though there was no air con, the staff sorted out a fan for us.

The shower cabin and sink in the bathroom weren't washed properly as the room was being cleaned, but otherwise the room was cleaned very well. The room we stayed in had a very weak WiFi signal.

I stayed at the Icam House hotel between 11/11/11 and 14/11/11 and was very pleased with the hotel , staff, food and room. I came over from the United Kingdom to watch the polish singer Anna Maria Jopek perform in concert at the Live Club in Rzeszow which is next door to the hotel so it made sence staying there.The hotel also ordered my concert ticket for me when I made the reservation .The staff while I was there were very helpful giving me maps and pointing me in the right direction as it was my first but not last trip to Rzeszow.My check out time was 12.00pm but my flight was 21.30pm but the staff were happy to keep my luggage for me so I was free to explore more of Rzeszow on my last day.

A very nice hotel with a fabulous buffet breakfast. Normally a business hotel but if you stay at the weekend the price is halved. Comfortable and clean, it would have been nice to have a kettle in the room but complimentary bottled water was provided. Location just 8 minutes walk from the centre of Rzeszow just across the river. Highly recommended.

Very clean, great price, excellent breakfast, very good parking lot, very friendly staff: just perfect for the price!!!!
